There are Business zones in the 1st class coaches of many InterCity trains, identified with a laptop icon. They have workstations fitted with power sockets, so you can use your laptop on long trips – and the charging facility means that your mobile phone or palmtop is always ready for use.

You can reserve your workspace in the Business zone at the station or by telephoning Rail Service on 0900 300 300 (CHF 1.19/min.). InterCity trains with Business zones are identified with "BZ" in the electronic timetable.
