But also many other services, from trade fair and leisure travel offers up to call credits for your prepaid mobile phone. Give it a try – it’s simple.
Instructions.
Simply touch. How to get your ticket.
Navigate through the ticket machine’s menu selection with the tip of your finger. Simply follow it step by step. And then off you go, as shown here, with the starting page. If the ticket machine is not displaying the blue starting page, simply tap on “Stop”, and you’ll be taken to the beginning of the menu selection.
At the automatic ticket machines, you can obtain all the tickets available at the ticket counter. First you select the type of ticket. (Here you’ll see all the options.)
For tickets from another location and as many via routings as you wish, simply choose the menu “Other tickets and passes”. Then you’ll typically select your destination. And decide in a simple selection menu between outward and return tickets, 1st or 2nd class, tickets valid from today or a later date and whether you want one or several tickets at once.
While your ticket is being printed, pay with coins, banknotes or payment cards – however you want (Here you’ll see the means of payment you can use.)

Old ticket machines.
Simply better. Fewer and fewer conventional ticket machines.
The modern automatic ticket machines with touch screen are so good that we would like to offer them everywhere. Of course, switching over can’t happen overnight. Therefore certain individual stations are still using the conventional automatic ticket machines. Here you use the buttons to select the indicated destinations and pay in cash, with coins or banknotes up to 20 francs.
