Ordering your GA on the Internet.
Go to the SBB Ticket Shop and order your GA the easy way – via the Internet. You will need to register the first time you use the SBB Ticket Shop.
Ordering the GA by post.
Simply complete the Order form (german only) and return it to us by post together with all the necessary documents.

Please order your GA at least 10 days before you want to use it.
Ordering the GA by telephone.
You can order your GA by phone by calling our 24-hour GA Service Center at 0848 44 66 88*. You will then be sent an order form, which you can sign and return to us together with all the necessary documents.
Ordering the GA at the ticket counter.
Simply take all the necessary documents to the nearest ticket counter and pay for your GA there. Then you can make use of your unlimited mobility by hopping aboard the very next train! Please take notice, that the GA on monthly/yearly account is avaliable only via the Contact Center SBB in Brig.
* Normal rate CHF 0.12/min., cheap rate CHF 0.10/min., night rate CHF 0.625/min.
